We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Security Manager to oversee the security operations within our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of security protocols, and a proven track record of implementing and managing security measures in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the manufacturing facility, employees, and assets
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement to address security concerns and incidents
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to detect and respond to security threats in a timely manner
- Implement access control measures to restrict unauthorized entry to the facility
- Investigate security breaches and incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and maintain security budgets, reports, and records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of security professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and security management software
- Valid security certification or license
