We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with a focus on the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Manage a team of security officers and coordinate security operations across multiple campuses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
- Provide security training and awareness programs for staff and students
- Maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies and other security partners
- Stay up-to-date on security trends and best practices in the education sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the education sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of security technologies and systems
- Professional certification in security management (e.g. CPP, PSP) is a plus
