We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Security Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Senior Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of all employees, customers, and assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Coordinate with external security agencies, law enforcement, and government authorities as needed.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Implement access control measures, CCTV surveillance systems, and alarm systems to protect company facilities.
- Conduct investigations into security breaches and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in security management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security operations in Dubai.
- Certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.
