Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction programs, working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Leadership: Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies that encompass project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met and that projects are delivered within established cost parameters.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, implementing quality control measures as necessary.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, progress, and performance to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes and methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
