We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Stage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stage production, ensuring that performances run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production team, performers, and technical staff to ensure smooth execution of stage performances
- Manage all stage elements, including lighting, sound, props, and set changes
- Develop and maintain stage schedules and timelines
- Conduct rehearsals and provide feedback to performers and crew
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during performances
- Collaborate with production team to develop creative solutions for staging challenges
- Maintain inventory of stage equipment and supplies
- Train and supervise stage crew members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stage management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of stage production techniques and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
