We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Stage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all logistics and transportation operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule all transportation activities, including shipments, deliveries, and pickups
- Manage and optimize the use of transportation resources, including vehicles, drivers, and routes
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate logistics activities
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of transportation activities
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the transportation and logistics operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in transportation management software and systems
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
