We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Pharmaceuticals industry. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our organization, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals industry
- Proven track record of recruiting high-quality candidates for a variety of roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
