We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy for our company in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the energy industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [5-8] years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the energy sector
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
