We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the construction industry, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent to meet our company's growing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for various positions within the construction industry
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract top talent
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
