Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the Information Technology sector. This role requires a keen understanding of the IT landscape, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future IT roles.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the Information Technology sector.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to promote the company and attract candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and facilitating necessary training and orientation sessions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets required in the industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions across various levels of seniority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment in the UAE is a plus.
