We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, working within the Energy sector. As a key member of the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the Energy sector.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and interview guides.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions, including technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and HR policies.

- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
