We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Teacher Assistant in the consumer goods industry, you will provide support to the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons
- Support students in their learning and development, both academically and socially
- Help to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Assist with classroom management and organization
- Supervise students during activities and ensure their safety at all times
- Provide additional support to students with special needs or learning challenges
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and staff
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid CPR and first aid certification

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Teacher Assistant
- Familiarity with the consumer goods industry
- Knowledge of child development principles and teaching techniques
