We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and supporting the learning and development of students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Provide support to students in their learning and development
- Help to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior supervision
- Support students with special needs or learning difficulties
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the success of all students
- Help with grading assignments and providing feedback to students
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methods
- Patience and empathy when working with students
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting
