We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team in Dubai. As a Tour Guide in the retail sector, you will be responsible for providing guided tours to customers visiting various retail locations in Dubai. Your role will involve showcasing the unique shopping experiences that Dubai has to offer, as well as providing insights into the local culture and history.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting guided tours of retail locations in Dubai, including shopping malls, markets, and boutique stores
- Providing information about the products, brands, and services available at each location
- Sharing insights into the history, culture, and traditions of Dubai with tour participants
- Assisting customers with their shopping needs and recommending products based on their preferences
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the tour
- Answering any questions that customers may have about Dubai, its retail offerings, and the tour itinerary
- Promoting a positive and engaging experience for customers, encouraging them to explore and enjoy the retail destinations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tour Guide in a retail or tourism setting (at least 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Dubai's retail landscape and popular shopping destinations
- Ability to engage and interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for tour participants
