We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Coach to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Wellness Coach will be responsible for promoting and implementing wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs that address physical, mental, and emotional health needs of employees
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized wellness plans for employees
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their wellness goals
- Lead group fitness classes, workshops, and seminars on various health and wellness topics
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote a culture of health and well-being within the organization
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in wellness coaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health promotion, nutrition, exercise science, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in wellness coaching or related field
- Certified Wellness Coach or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to make positive lifestyle changes
- Knowledge of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other aspects of wellness
