We are seeking a talented and experienced Wine Maker to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Wine Maker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality wines, from grape selection to fermentation and bottling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire winemaking process, including grape selection, crushing, fermentation, pressing, aging, blending, and bottling
- Monitor and maintain the quality of wines throughout the production process
- Collaborate with vineyard managers to ensure the best grape quality for winemaking
- Develop and implement winemaking techniques to enhance the flavor, aroma, and overall quality of the wines
- Conduct regular tasting sessions to evaluate the progress of wines and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage the cellar and storage facilities to ensure proper aging and storage of wines
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new wine products and promote existing ones
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in winemaking techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in winemaking (experience in a variety of wine styles is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of winemaking processes, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills and ability to identify flavor profiles
- Good understanding of fermentation processes and microbiology
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
