Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Activities Director to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The Activities Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating a variety of activities and events for our employees within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful experiences for team members, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that aligns with the company's goals and values
- Organize team-building activities, social events, and wellness programs to promote employee engagement and morale
- Coordinate logistics for all activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure activities are relevant and impactful for employees
- Evaluate the success of activities through feedback and participation metrics, and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and activities planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging employee experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
