We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations within a healthcare setting in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a strong background in managing large-scale catering operations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all catering activities within the healthcare facility
- Develop and implement catering menus in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences
- Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and storage
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure high quality and consistency
- Train and supervise catering staff to ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate special dietary requirements for patients and staff
- Monitor catering budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in catering services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and catering software
