We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Customer Operations Officer to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The Chief Customer Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
- Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service to patients and clients
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and coordination of services for customers
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators to measure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs for customer service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
