We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Customer Operations Officer to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all customer operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and manage the customer operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in customer operations
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Implement best practices in customer service and operations to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer operations performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer operations, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing customer operations teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in customer service and operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
