Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Customer Operations Officer (CCOO) to lead and enhance our customer operations within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service excellence, strategic planning, and operational management, with a strong focus on improving the customer experience and driving organizational success. This role oversees all aspects of customer operations, ensuring that our educational services meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer operations strategy aligned with the organization's goals, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within the education sector.

- Customer Experience Management: Oversee the design and execution of customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, ensuring an exceptional experience for students, parents, and educational partners.

- Operational Excellence: Lead the customer operations team in optimizing processes, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled effectively and professionally.

- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate customer service performance, analyze data to drive continuous improvement, and report findings to the executive team.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing customer operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and service delivery.

- Feedback and Improvement: Implement systems for gathering customer feedback, and utilize insights to drive service enhancements and product development, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that customer operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the education sector, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer operations or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-centric strategies that enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service technologies is a plus.
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment and understanding the dynamics of the Middle Eastern market.
