We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture industry. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our operations and business practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to the agriculture industry in Dubai
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with local and international regulations
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact our business and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Investigate any compliance issues or breaches and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in all aspects of the business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage any compliance-related inquiries or inspections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly those related to agriculture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Professional certification in compliance or a related field is a plus
