We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in overseeing a variety of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor and maintain safety standards on site
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
