We are seeking a Credit Counselor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Information Technology industry and possess strong analytical and communication skills. As a Credit Counselor, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses, providing guidance on financial management, and developing strategies to improve credit scores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the financial situation of clients to determine their creditworthiness
- Provide personalized guidance on budgeting, debt management, and financial planning
- Analyze credit reports and identify areas for improvement
- Develop customized strategies to help clients improve their credit scores
- Educate clients on the importance of maintaining good credit and how to avoid common financial pitfalls
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to credit improvement plans as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure a holistic approach to client financial wellness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- [X] years of experience as a Credit Counselor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of credit laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software
