We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the Agriculture sector. The Credit Counselor will be responsible for providing financial counseling and guidance to clients in order to help them manage their debts and improve their financial situation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients' financial situations by reviewing financial documents, credit reports, and conducting interviews.
- Develop personalized debt management plans for clients based on their individual circumstances and financial goals.
- Educate clients on budgeting, financial management, and credit scoring to help them achieve financial stability.
- Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to arrange for debt consolidation, settlement, or repayment plans.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the debt management process.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit counseling.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, credit scoring, and debt management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
