Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Counselor to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of credit analysis and counseling practices. The primary responsibility of the Credit Counselor will be to assist clients in navigating their credit options, making informed decisions, and ultimately achieving their real estate investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial situations, understand their credit history, and identify their real estate financing needs.
- Credit Analysis: Evaluate clients' credit reports, scores, and financial documents to provide personalized advice on improving their creditworthiness and securing financing for real estate transactions.
- Financial Planning: Develop tailored financial plans and strategies that align with clients' short-term and long-term real estate goals, including budgeting, saving, and credit management.
- Education: Educate clients on credit management, the impact of their credit scores on loan approvals, and the importance of maintaining healthy credit practices.
- Loan Guidance: Provide guidance on various mortgage products and lenders available in the market, helping clients select the most suitable options based on their financial profiles.
- Documentation Support: Assist clients in preparing and organizing necessary documentation for loan applications, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the loan application process, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions that may arise.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to ensure compliance and provide clients with accurate information.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and financial institutions to facilitate client referrals and enhance service offerings.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in credit counseling and real estate financing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in credit counseling, financial advising, or a related role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of credit reporting, mortgage products, and lending processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficient in using financial software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
