We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Daycare Director to oversee our daycare center located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing a daycare facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daycare programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
- Hire, train, and supervise daycare staff
- Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Oversee the daily operations of the daycare center, including scheduling, budgeting, and facility maintenance
- Communicate regularly with parents and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with real estate team to promote the daycare center to potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
