We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Daycare Director to oversee our manufacturing-based daycare center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a daycare facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the manufacturing environment and promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise daycare staff to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders to foster a sense of community and support the overall mission of the daycare center.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the daycare center, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments within the manufacturing facility to integrate the daycare program into the overall company culture and community.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education, including child development, curriculum design, and assessment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of children, parents, and staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
