We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team in Dubai. As an Event Planner in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of company events, including conferences, product launches, seminars, and corporate parties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, timeline management, venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and guest list management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are planned and executed smoothly
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers, to secure the best possible rates and services
- Oversee event set-up, registration, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless and successful event experience for all attendees
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses and provide post-event reports and analysis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in event planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
