We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee and manage our energy production facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and productivity within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes and ensure high levels of efficiency
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance
- Manage a team of production supervisors and operators, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the achievement of production targets
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to streamline operations and improve overall plant performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies are available for production requirements
- Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability and achieve budget targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and driving process improvements
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members
- Knowledge of energy production processes and technologies is preferred
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
