We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee our operations in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, as well as experience working in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the aerospace and defense sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective running of the factory
- Manage and optimize production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with engineering and quality control teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing leadership and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Monitor and manage factory budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in factory operations management, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
