We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee our healthcare manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The Factory Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory operations, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets
- Manage and supervise a team of production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with quality control and regulatory compliance teams to ensure products meet industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff
- Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to maximize profitability
- Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure continuous operation
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
