Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control procedures
- Manage a team of production staff, providing leadership, training, and support
- Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement and optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of GMP and other regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
