We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our agricultural operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farm management and a passion for sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement farm plans and budgets to ensure efficient and profitable operations
- Manage and supervise farm staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee crop production, livestock management, and irrigation systems
- Monitor and analyze farm performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact and promote biodiversity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in farm management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
