We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our agricultural operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farm, including crop production, livestock management, and equipment maintenance. The Farm Manager will work closely with our team to ensure that production goals are met and that the farm operates efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement farm production plans to achieve production targets and quality standards
- Manage and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Monitor crop and livestock health, implementing pest and disease control measures as necessary
- Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure, ensuring proper maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner
- Implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact and promote long-term soil health
- Develop and manage budgets for farm operations, ensuring cost-effective practices are in place
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure seamless operations
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and techniques as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in farm management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and agricultural equipment
- Ability to develop and implement production plans and budgets
- Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
