We are currently seeking a Farm Worker to join our team in Dubai. The Farm Worker will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops. This position is based on an educational farm, where visitors can learn about sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
- Maintain and repair farm equipment and structures
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in crops
- Assist with livestock care and management
- Participate in educational programs and outreach events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a farm is preferred
- Knowledge of organic farming practices is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license
