We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager to join our healthcare organization in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and operations of the company, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth and profitability goals
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, including analyzing financial data and preparing reports for senior management
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead a team of financial analysts and operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
