We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Funeral Director to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. As a Funeral Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of funeral arrangements and services for our employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral arrangements, including embalming, casket selection, funeral service planning, and burial or cremation logistics.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to grieving families, ensuring their needs and wishes are met with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Manage all necessary paperwork and legal documentation required for funeral services, including death certificates, permits, and contracts.
- Collaborate with clergy, celebrants, and other service providers to ensure a seamless and respectful funeral service.
- Maintain a clean and organized funeral home facility, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Provide grief counseling and support to employees and their families as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mortuary Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Funeral Director in the telecommunications industry or a similar corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of funeral industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
