We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Event Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Hotel Event Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events for our clients within the aerospace and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation arrangements
- Manage event budgets and ensure all costs are within budgetary constraints
- Coordinate with hotel staff and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are executed smoothly
- Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during events and provide quick and effective solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event offerings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
- [X] years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the hotel industry
- Proven track record of successfully executing a variety of events, from small meetings to large conferences
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industries is a plus
