We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Event Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unforgettable event experiences and a strong background in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of hotel events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Manage event marketing and promotion efforts to drive attendance and engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
