We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Event Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in event management within the hospitality industry, with a focus on manufacturing events.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of manufacturing events at the hotel, including meetings, conferences, product launches, and trade shows
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote and sell event spaces within the hotel
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure events are executed within budget
- Oversee event set-up, maintenance, and breakdown, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to provide high-quality food and beverage service during events
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on manufacturing events
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and event planning processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Knowledge of Dubai's event industry and manufacturing sector is a plus
