We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team in the Pharmaceuticals industry based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, networks, and data within the organization
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance the company's IT capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements
- Monitor and track IT performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Handle vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles within the Pharmaceuticals industry
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of successful IT project management and implementation
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, PMP) are a plus
