We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, particularly within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of all IT systems, including electronic medical records, telemedicine platforms, and other healthcare-specific software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and GDPR
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and issues
- Stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare technology and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
