We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in providing technical support in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users in a manufacturing environment, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment
- Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
