We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in the Pharmaceuticals industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support new technologies and systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry systems and software is a plus
