We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in the education sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and students for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software applications, printers, and other peripherals
- Manage and monitor the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory
- Train staff and students on how to use IT systems effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional, are a plus
