We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lactation Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Lactation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert breastfeeding support and guidance to new mothers within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of breastfeeding mothers and infants to identify any issues or concerns
- Developing personalized care plans and providing ongoing support to help mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals
- Educating mothers on proper breastfeeding techniques, positioning, and latch
- Assisting with breastfeeding challenges such as low milk supply, nipple pain, and infant feeding difficulties
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mother and infant care
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to new mothers as they navigate their breastfeeding journey
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of consultations and progress

Requirements:
- Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Lactation Consultant
- Strong knowledge of breastfeeding physiology, anatomy, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
