We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling legal matters related to transportation and logistics, including contracts, regulatory compliance, disputes, and other legal issues that may arise in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company's transportation and logistics operations
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to transportation and logistics
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the transportation and logistics industry
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including management, operations, and finance teams, to address legal issues and mitigate risks
- Stay current on legal developments and trends in the transportation and logistics industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Admission to practice law in Dubai
- [X] years of experience practicing law, with a focus on transportation and logistics
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
