We are looking for a skilled Mortgage Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the manufacturing industry. The Mortgage Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the mortgage department and assisting with the processing of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and completion of mortgage applications
- Collect and verify necessary documentation from clients
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth mortgage application process
- Assist in the coordination of property appraisals and inspections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mortgage applications and client information
- Assist with the closing of mortgage loans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Provide general administrative support to the mortgage department as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage processing software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
