We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical or clinical testing, transfusions, donations, or research.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and labeling blood samples from patients
- Verifying patient information and preparing them for the blood drawing process
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following proper procedures for sample handling and storage
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety during the blood drawing process
- Communicating effectively with patients to explain procedures and answer any questions
- Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist
- Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in phlebotomy is preferred
- Prior experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
